What triggered the start of Xootle?

When costs, booking fees and taxes rise, it is time to start making new choices. By creating a booking company owned by booking entities themselves, against an extremely low investment, a new and better situation for the entrepreneur and its customers is created. Lower costs mean that long term priorities can be implemented such as: larger business margins, lower prices, staff training, improvement of work environment and a ‘Better World’ project.

What kind of software does Xootle offer?

Xootle offers High-end Cloud and Hybrid based SAAS software. The portfolio is: booking systems, Point of Sales, delivery and tracking (in development), ERP, CMS system, Finance system, CRM system, iOT software, Payment Integrations, blockchain integrations, API connections.

Is more than one certificate needed to receive payouts?

No, one only needs to purchase one certificate.
Of course, more certificates allow for more profits each year.

Is having a certificate interesting to investors?

We think so, but it is entirely up to you. The more booking providers add their availability to the booking system, the more turnover and profit will be generated. A 35% profit is available from this turnover. In addition, when costs can be reduced, extra profits will also flow to the certificate holders. See chapter: Xootle B.V. Financial justification.

Will Xootle replace companies like or Expedia?

We don't think so. In fact our advice is to connect with these companies as well. But we also advise the use of our booking sites and our booking engine on your own website. In our opinion this is a safe and professional strategy to generate more profits because booking fees via your website or via the Xootle booking sites are considerably lower.

What is the cheapest way to buy a certificate?

Buy Xootles during the pre-sale period and exchange Xootles for a certificate during the sales period.

What is the easiest way to buy a certificate?

Pay the certificate in euros via our payment provider.

Can I trade in certificates?

Yes. If you are the owner of certificates then you may sell them. It is after all your investment and this gives you the right to profit from it. The transfer of a certificate must always be approved by the Stichting Xootle Trust Foundation. The reason being that the new owner must be listed in the register as a certificate holder. For transfer of a certificate (or a batch) to 1 new owner, costs entail € 5.00.

Why is a reserved certificate more expensive?

These certificates are exclusively reserved for booking entities. Thus, everyone has a fair chance to obtain a certificate. The use of our software and/or booking portals will expedite the returns of your investment when purchasing a certificate.

One reserved certificate per company?

The reserved certificates may only be purchased by a booking entity. There is a maximum of one reserved certificate per company.

I have a hotel chain, now what?

Each location needs its own certificate to receive all of the benefits.

I'm quitting my booking activities, now what?

If your booking business ends, the certificate may be sold to another booking company that does not yet have a reserved certificate. You can set your own price. The Xootle Trust Foundation will check the authenticity of the new owner and will approve the transfer when verified.

What is the price for Xootles after the Sales period?

Xootles will be available for € 0.01 per Xootle. Discounts start from 1,000,000 Xootles.

You can buy Xootles together to get a discount. After which you can transfer the Xootles to each other.
